General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the dkvip platform and all its services. dkvip is an online gaming and betting platform that operates casino games, sports betting, and live dealer games, among other entertainment services.

As used here, "platform" means the dkvip website, mobile application, and any associated digital channel. "Member" means any person registered on this platform.

Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use any service on dkvip, a member must be at least 21 years old. Valid government-issued identification must be provided for age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 may be closed at any time and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, the following must be ensured:

• All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person is permitted to open only one account.
• A mobile number and email address registered in the account holder's name must be provided.
• Opening an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• It is the member's responsibility to update any changes to the information provided at registration in a timely manner.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dkvip may at any time request government-approved identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence) to verify a member's identity. If the requested documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Account Management

3.1 Security

It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. You must take care not to share this information with anyone, write it down, or store it digitally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

The member is fully responsible for all activity on their own account. dkvip is not liable for losses caused by password theft or third-party access, unless it is proven that the platform's own security was at fault.

3.2 Sole Ownership

Each account is for the registered person only. Transferring, selling, renting, or allowing any third party to use an account in any way is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Suspension

In the event of a rule violation, suspicious activity, or security risk, dkvip may temporarily suspend any account without prior notice. After the investigation is complete, a decision will be made to restore the account or close it permanently.

Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

dkvip currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposits must be sent from an account registered in the member's own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted, and dkvip is not obligated to return such funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed and funds sent within 1 hour.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.
• Multiple withdrawal requests on the same day may be accepted, but the verification process applies.

4.3 Fund Security

Keeping members' funds secure is a priority for dkvip. All transactions are handled using SSL encryption and a secure payment gateway. The support team will alert members of any unusual transaction.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dkvip offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the member must wager the bonus amount 10 times before the funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Using bonuses to transfer funds between different accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error occurs in the crediting of a bonus, dkvip reserves the right to correct it.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per IP address or device.
• Bonus funds should not be considered "free" money or equivalent to cash; they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Promotional Offers

Special promotions, cashback offers, and VIP benefits may be provided from time to time. The terms of each offer will be published separately and will also be subject to these terms and conditions.

Gaming Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the dkvip platform are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality. Members have no technical means to influence game outcomes.

6.2 Responsible Gaming

dkvip is committed to responsible gaming. Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session times. A self-exclusion option is also available to temporarily close an account if needed. Following the Responsible Gaming guidelines is important for members' own wellbeing.

6.3 Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost during a game or a technical issue occurs on the platform, the outcome of the relevant game will be determined based on server logs. In such cases, the platform's decision is final.

6.4 Betting Rules

For sports betting, the published odds apply at the time of placement. The ability to cancel a bet after an event has started is limited and will be governed by the rules of each event. If incorrect odds are offered on a bet, dkvip reserves the right to void or amend that bet.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkvip platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse").
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in offensive behaviour.
• Match fixing or attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any event.
• Operating an account by providing fraudulent or false information.

VIP Program

The dkvip VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated at a set rate on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on active participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to the account every Monday at a set time. Cashback funds are also subject to these Terms and specific conditions may apply before withdrawal.

dkvip reserves the right to cancel VIP benefits if rule violations or irregular activity are found on an account.

Privacy and Data Protection

dkvip is fully transparent about how members' personal data is collected, stored, and used. Detailed rules on data processing can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

Personal information provided at registration is used only for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and support services. Data is not sold to third parties for any commercial purpose.

Data may be shared with authorities in response to legal obligations or government directives. Under no other circumstances will a member's personal information be provided to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

dkvip is not liable for any financial or other loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game session ends mid-way due to an internet disconnection or device issue.
• If a delay or loss occurs due to disruption of a third-party service (payment gateway, mobile network).
• If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, cyberattack, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If a member suffers a loss as a result of sharing their own account information with another person.
• Problems arising from registering with incorrect information.

dkvip always strives to provide high-quality service, however temporary service disruptions may occur due to maintenance or upgrades. Members will be notified as early as possible in such cases.

Account Cancellation

11.1 Cancellation at the Member's Request

Any member may close their account at any time through the support team. Eligible balances in the account should be withdrawn before cancellation. Any transactions already in progress at the time of the cancellation request will still be completed.

11.2 Cancellation by the Platform

dkvip may cancel an account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious or repeated violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Illegal or fraudulent activity carried out through the account.
• Failure to verify age.

The balance of an account cancelled due to a breach of rules may be forfeited. A request to restore a cancelled account can be submitted through the support team.

Changes to Terms

dkvip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
